Who we are

Our website address is: https://printmea.com. We operate as a custom printing service provider based in the UAE.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website (for printing or profile use), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Note for PrintMea customers: Your uploaded print design files are kept in a secure directory and are only accessible by our production team for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Cookies

  • Comments: If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience. These last for one year.

  • Login: If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

  • Session: When you log in, we set up several cookies to save your login information and screen choices. Login cookies last for two days; screen options last for a year. If you select “Remember Me“, your login persists for two weeks.

  • Editing: If you edit or publish an article/product review, an additional cookie is saved in your browser (expires after 1 day) which simply indicates the post ID.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles or product pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, maps, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with that content.

Who we share your data with

  • Password Resets: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

  • Third-Party Logistics: For order fulfillment, your name, address, and phone number are shared with our delivery partners.

  • Payment Gateways: All credit/debit card details are processed via a secure, encrypted third-party provider and are not stored on our servers.

How long we retain your data

  • Comments: Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely for automated moderation.

  • User Profiles: For users that register on PrintMea.com, we store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

  • Order History: We retain order data and uploaded design files for a period necessary to facilitate re-orders and comply with tax regulations in the UAE.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Shipping data is transmitted to our local courier services within the UAE to ensure delivery.
