How does the web-to-print process work?

It’s simple! Choose your product, select your specifications (size, paper type, finish), and upload your design directly through our platform. Once you approve the digital proof and complete the checkout, our production team in Dubai handles the rest, delivering the final prints straight to you.

Do you offer design templates, or do I need my own artwork?

Printmea is built to accommodate both. You can upload your custom, print-ready files, or use our platform to hire a graphic designer to support you Designing your job with a very affordable cost.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We cater to businesses of all sizes. While some specialty items have a minimum requirement to ensure cost-effectiveness, we offer flexible short-run digital printing for many of our core products. Check individual product pages for specific MOQ details.

Artwork & File Preparation

What file formats do you accept? For the highest quality results, we strongly recommend uploading print-ready PDFs. We also accept high-resolution AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG, and PNG files.

How should I prepare my files for printing? To ensure your design prints exactly as you envision it, please follow these industry-standard guidelines:

  • Color Mode: Ensure your document is set to CMYK (not RGB), as this is the standard for commercial printing.

  • Resolution: All images and graphics must be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final printed size.

  • Bleed & Margins: Include a 3mm bleed on all sides of your artwork, and keep critical text and logos within the safe margin (at least 3mm inside the cut line).

  • Fonts: Please outline all fonts or embed them in your PDF to prevent formatting issues.

Will I see a proof before my order is printed? Yes. Once you upload your artwork, our system will generate a digital proof for your approval. We rely on our extensive graphic design background to ensure your files are structurally sound before they hit the presses, but we always ask you to do a final check for spelling and layout.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver? We offer fast, reliable delivery across the entire UAE. Whether your office is in Dubai, you are based in Sharjah, or anywhere else in the Emirates, we ensure your print materials arrive safely and on time.

What is your standard turnaround time? Production times vary depending on the product and quantity. Standard digital prints typically take 2-3 business days, while complex offset jobs or items with special finishes (like foil stamping or embossing) may take 5-7 business days. Delivery times are calculated from the moment you approve your final proof.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery directly to your door.

Quality & Support

What happens if there is an issue with my printed order? With decades of experience in the Middle East print market, quality control is our top priority. If the final product contains a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved proof, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
